We are seeking an experienced Quality Technician with continuous improvement at their heart with the aim of helping the company to become ‘world class’. Experience of quality control coupled with an engineering background within in a high precision manufacturing environment, is essential.
Responsibilities will include measurement and inspection of high precision components and products, both final and in-process inspection audits, liaising closely between R& D, Engineering and Manufacturing, CMM inspections, calibration, supplier quality, quality systems audit and auditing of in-process inspections and test, investigation of returns and reporting, improvements and assisting in and taking responsibility for company-wide implementation of quality improvement.
Ideally you will be qualified to a HNC level or equivalent, have CMM experience, strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills, the ability to work as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision. You will also need good PC and keyboard skills.
